Firing Positions on the Main Range

The Main Firing range lies adjacent to the Industrial Area. From this point, gently rolling wooded terrain is cleared for 27 km. The cleared strip is 700 meters wide and it was called the "Schussbahn" or Firing Road. The entire cleared range has a 100 meter grid system with a marker post at each corner.
