former Jewish captives of the
concentration camp Bergen- Belsen.
"For
those who came through the
door
of freedom here in Hillersleben
but
only for going as free peoples
through the gates of the hereafter".
The
funerals took place in the
months April, May, June and July 1945.
Soon
hereafter the cemetery was
destroyed and only just
rebuild in 1996- 1997.
May
they find their peace by God
and
find their rest in the Garden of Eden.

their resurrection to the end of time.
